Can you cater for my wedding?
Absolutely we can cater for your wedding! Whether you’re looking for a formal sit down fine dining menu or a causal buffet style banquet, we’re here for you. We understand that planning a wedding can be stressful and arranging the catering can be one of the biggest tasks. We’ll guide you through the process and tailor the menu to suit you and your guests AND your budget! We can provide the waiting staff for your wedding day, glassware and of course crockery and cutlery so you don’t have to sweat the small stuff!
Birthday banquets, hen-do picnics or baby shower buffets...
No matter what the event, we’re here to take care of all your catering needs, from grazing platters to espresso martini cocktail aperitifs. We tailor each package individually to carefully consider dietary needs, allergens, party size and vibe! We travel all over Cornwall to provide our catering so just give us a holla if you want us to organise the catering for your event!

If you’re in need of a venue then we’re more than happy to host your event. Whether you’re looking for a casual ‘canapés and prosecco’ party or a formal sit down event, we’ll ensure everything is organised for your, from staff and welcome drinks to table settings and music!
Do you cater for corporate events?
Of course! We work with corporate clients not only in Newquay but all over Cornwall. Corporate catering can cover a wide range of options, from onsite, small office gatherings to upscale dinners. We’ll work with you to ensure we create the perfect food and atmosphere for your event depending on the formality of the function you want to host, the size of your party and budget.
Do you use local Cornish suppliers for your catering events?
Absolutely, we have great relationships with local suppliers and love serving up local produce to our clients. Our bread comes from a nearby bakery that baked sourdough for the queen during the G7 summit. It’s pretty damn tasty, and if it’s good enough for her, it’s good enough for us! We’re lucky enough to know all the local suppliers well now, and we all support each other.

Do you offer any add-ons with your events?
The beauty of Shiva is that we run our yoga and pilates studio next door, so if you’re thinking of bringing a bit of chill to your event then why not let us arrange a class for you before your food and drinks. Our experienced teachers will always ensure everyone feels comfortable and the movements are tailored to your groups ability. Remember we can always come to you! We have provided both yoga and pilates classes as part of our event service to gardens in private air bnb residences, on the beach and even office spaces.
