Everything You Need To Know About Mum & Baby Yoga in Newquay

What is Mum & Baby Yoga?

Mum & Baby yoga combines traditional yoga poses that may be modified with specific postnatal yoga exercises to strengthen and tone your muscles and is an interactive class you can do with your baby. You do not require any previous yoga experience. It focuses on the muscles impacted by pregnancy and birth such as the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles and can help relieve common postnatal aches and pains.

Babies may sleep the whole session, babble or be unsettled throughout so please do not fret. Just tend to your baby as usual with feeding, nappies, cuddles etc and enjoy the yoga class together, time spent with your baby and making new friendships.
