The training delves into the art of effective teaching, encompassing class sequencing, cueing, and adjusting. Practical aspects include in-depth exploration of yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), and meditation. Our trainees engage in hands-on teaching practice, honing their skills under the guidance of experienced instructors. What is a typical day of the teacher training?

  • 6am-7am: Pranayama breathwork/ Chanting
  • 7am-8.45am: Ashtanga Led Yoga/ Vinyasa Flow Class
  • 9am-10am; Breakfast
  • 10.30am-12.30pm: Anatomy & Alignment
  • 1pm-2pm: Lunch
  • 2.15pm-3.45pm: Teaching Methodology + Teaching Practice
  • 4pm-5.30pm: Yoga Philosophy/ Technical Workshop
  • 7pm-9pm: Dinner

What experience do I need?

We recommend 2 years experience but we welcome yogis with less experience as long as their willing to learn and commit to the 200 hour yoga teacher training course
