We currently offer both beginners and intermediate Newquay pole fitness classes.
Beginners Pole Fitness Classes

Intermediate Pole Fitness Classes
•Monday – 10:30am
•Friday – 6:45pm
What’s the Difference Between Beginners and Intermediate Pole Fitness?
Our beginners Newquay pole fitness classes are perfect if you have never tried pole fitness before, are returning after a long break or are looking to build confidence and strength. Within the classes we will focus on basic spins and transitions, foundational pole techniques, grip and confidence building, introductory climbs and poses, whilst also working on our strength and conditioning.
No experience is needed at all. We create a relaxed and supportive environment where everyone can learn comfortably and celebrate progress together.
Intermediate Pole Fitness
Our intermediate Newquay pole fitness classes are suitable for students who already have a solid understanding of beginner techniques and are ready to progress further. Within these classes we will be learning more advanced spins and combinations, inversions and extended holds, flow sequences and transitions. To ensure this, we will increase our strength and flexibility work and look towards refining technique and building endurance.

What Should I Wear to Pole Fitness?
For pole fitness, you’ll want clothing that allows you to move comfortably while also helping you grip the pole safely.
We recommend:
•Shorts
•A sports bra, vest top, or fitted gym top
•Bare feet or socks for warm-up
•Bringing water
Avoid using body moisturiser or oils 24hrs before class, as they can make the pole slippery.
Don’t worry about looking a certain way or having the “right” fitness level. Our Newquay pole fitness classes are for everybody, and everyone is welcome.
