Becoming a mum is an incredible experience, but it can also feel overwhelming at times. Our Mum & Baby Yoga course is about more than stretching and strengthening—it’s about creating time for yourself, nurturing your recovery after birth and building your confidence alongside your baby.
Yoga After Birth
Your body has done something truly amazing, and it deserves time, care and patience as it recovers.
Our postnatal yoga classes in Newquay are designed to help you ease back into movement safely, supporting your body through the early months of motherhood. The classes can help you rebuild strength in your core and pelvic floor, release tension in your neck, shoulders and back, improve posture and flexibility, helping to reduce stress and encourage relaxation.
No previous yoga experience is needed, and every class is suitable for beginners. We simply encourage you to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
Time with Your Baby
Our mum and baby yoga classes are also a wonderful opportunity to connect with your little one.
Through gentle yoga, movement and playful interaction, you’ll strengthen your bond while supporting your baby’s early development.

That’s why our Newquay mum and baby yoga classes are designed to be as relaxed as possible. We provide all mats, props, blankets and cushions. But feel free to bring anything else that helps you and your baby feel comfortable.
