What We Offer

All sessions are accessible, beginner-friendly, and designed with the working professional in mind. No experience is necessary and we can adapt classes to be beginner friendly and suit all fitness levels, ages and abilities. 

We will be offering gentle to dynamic flows that focus on mobility, breath, and relaxation. A great team building exercise, offering morning energy boosts, lunchtime resets, or end-of-day wind-downs.

Whether it’s a relaxing vinyasa flow or an energetic handstand workshop you’re looking for, we are happy to accommodate through the use of our studio here in Nansledan or we can come to you at your place of work.
